Shipping & Ports
How long does shipping take?
Shipping from Canada to Ghana typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on the departure port, vessel schedule, and destination (Tema or Takoradi).
What ports do you ship to?
We ship to Tema and Takoradi ports. Tema is the most common destination.
Do you ship to other countries besides Ghana?
Currently, we focus on Ghana. Contact us if you're interested in shipping elsewhere—we may be able to help.
Vehicles & Pricing
Can I request a specific vehicle not listed on your site?
Absolutely. Use our Vehicle Request Form to tell us what you're looking for, and we'll source it for you.
What's included in the vehicle price?
The listed price covers the vehicle cost in Canada. Shipping, inspection, and duties are quoted separately so you see the full breakdown.
Can I see the vehicle before buying?
We provide detailed photos, video walkarounds, and a full inspection report. Physical viewing in Canada is not typically possible, but our documentation gives you a complete picture.
What if the vehicle has problems when it arrives?
Every vehicle is professionally inspected before purchase, and we provide the inspection report. Vehicles are sold as-is, but our thorough process minimizes risk.
Customs, Payment & Support
Do you handle customs clearing in Ghana?
We connect you with trusted clearing agents in Tema and Takoradi. You can use our partners or your own agent. We do not handle clearing directly.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers (CAD or USD), Wise, and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash). A 50% deposit secures your vehicle; the balance is due before shipping.
